In accordance with the " No Surprises Act" , individuals who do not have certain types of health insurance, or do not plan to use that insurance to pay for health care items or services are eligible to receive a “good faith estimate” of what they may be charged, before they receive the item or service. Please contact us regarding fees should you have additional questions.

Benzodiazepines (Klonopin, Ativan, Xanax, Valium) will not be refilled, you will need to follow up with the original prescriber for refills. If a benzodiazepine is warranted, it WILL NOT be prescribed for long term use. Controlled substances are prescribed conservatively.

We no longer prescribe medications for ADHD or accept new clients for ADHD management.
We utilize a secure and confidential platform that is HIPAA compliant to conduct your sessions and exchange information.
You must be a Texas, Alaska, Washington, or New Mexico Resident. A state issued photo I.D. is a mandatory requirement in our practice or your appointment will need to be rescheduled. You will need to have access to a smart device with a functional camera and microphone. You will also need to sign the provided telehealth consent forms and complete the intake forms prior to the appointment. Please note, appointments are subject to cancellation if consents and intake forms are not completed 24 hours prior to the appointment.
No-shows and Late Cancellations will be charged a fee of $75 for the appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance are considered a no show. It is the responsibility of the client to notify the provider of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to avoid the no show fee.
We reserve the right to terminate your treatment in the event of misuse or abuse of prescriptions. Or, at any point treatment is no longer therapeutic and your care is compromised. We also reserve the right to terminate in the event of repeat nonpayment and/or repeat missed appointments.
The Ryan Haight Act requires practitioners issuing a prescription for a controlled medication to conduct an in-person medical evaluation in a DEA registered facility at a minimum of once every 24 months. Please be advised, if you are not seen in person as mandated by The Ryan Haight Act there will be limitations on what type of medications we can prescribe.
Office hours are Monday through Friday and by appointment only. We are closed on all major holidays. We DO NOT provide emergency services, crisis services, weekend and/or after-hours coverage. If you have a life-threatening emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately.
